Lead and manage accounting and financial operations at project sites. The role will be responsible for project cost accounting, financial controls, statutory compliance, contractor and vendor accounting, CWIP management, budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial reporting. The incumbent will act as the finance custodian of the project site and ensure solid governance and compliance throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the site accounting function.
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets and WBS structures.
- Review and approve contractor RA bills and vendor invoices.
- Manage CWIP accounting and asset capitalization.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS, and project cost reports.
- Monitor commitments, accruals, liabilities, and cash requirements.
- Manage site imprest, petty cash, and banking transactions.
- Coordinate with Project Controls, Procurement, Contracts, and Construction teams.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and finance governance.
- Lead audit activities and provide required documentation.
- Drive SAP-based accounting process improvements
