Role & responsibilities

Customer Consultation: Welcome walk-in customers and understand their daily commute needs.

Product Demonstration: Explain EV technology, battery range, charging times, and smart features.

Test Drives: Arrange, manage, and accompany customers on vehicle test drives safely.

Sales Conversion: Guide customers through booking, documentation, financing options, and final delivery.

Lead Generation: Conduct local marketing activities, canopy setups, and corporate visits to find new leads.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly vehicle sales and test drive targets.

Customer Relationship: Maintain follow-ups with prospective buyers and generate referrals from existing customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Communication: Solid verbal communication in local language and basic English.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of two-wheelers; passion for EV technology is a big plus.

Spoken Language : Marathi , Hindi and English
