Hiring: E-commerce Operations Executive

Location: Saroli, Surat, Gujarat
Salary: Up to 27,000 CTC per month
Experience: 23 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Manage order processing, dispatch, and delivery operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, courier partners, and internal teams.
- Track inventory and ensure accurate stock availability.
- Prepare MIS reports for orders, inventory, returns, and dispatch.
- Monitor pending shipments, returns, and customer-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and improve operational efficiency.
- Support marketplace operations and promotional campaigns.
