We are hiring an experienced Area Service Manager to lead after-sales operations for our EV two-wheeler segment in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive/EV service operations, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service operations across multiple dealer locations
- Lead and train service teams; resolve technical issues
- Ensure parts inventory, warranty claims, and TAT adherence
- Handle customer escalations and drive CSI improvements
- Conduct audits, service camps, and compliance checks

Requirements:
- 7+ years in service operations (Auto/EV industry preferred)
- Solid technical knowledge of EV systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
