1. Handle partner through calls.
2. Provide resolution to the partner post the customers' requirement.
3. Meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned as per the business requirements.
4. Ensuring the delivery of services maintaining the required Quality Standards.
5. Maintain the reports of the work assigned on day to day basis and reporting to up line manager.
Candidate Profile
1. Proficient in English and Hindi verbal communication skills.
2. Basic knowledge of operating computer/system.
3. Ability to handle Customers requirements/queries effectively.
4. Adaptable with changing requirement and self-motivated to deliver results in time.
