Your future role

Take on a recent challenge and apply your radio design expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking teammates.

Youll play a key role in delivering NT Sub-System Radio specifications and architecture in alignment with the System Delivery Plan. Day-to-day, youll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (including installation teams, cybersecurity teams, and power experts), support deployment activities such as installation and testing, and contribute to the success of international projects with sustainable local impact.

Youll specifically take care of developing and eliciting Radio Design requirements, including a focus on Radio spectrum management and cybersecurity, but also support the functional validation phase and provide iterations of installation studies and configuration files throughout the project lifecycle.

- BE/Masters degree in Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Design and engineering background
- Experience in radio deployments in industrial environments, including interference mitigation
- Knowledge of WiFi protocols (802.11a/b/n/ac) and LTE protocols




- Experience in technical coordination and design management for telco/IT projects
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and techniques (e.g., spectrum analyzer, IP analyzer, MIB principles)
- Strong understanding of radio propagation and solutions, with a focus on WiFi deployments
- Experience in IT/Supervision (desirable)
- Knowledge of signalling and system architecture (desirable)
- Resilience, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset
