Role and responsibilities:
Alpha Diesels, an established industrial power solutions company served over 6,500+ customers across Rajasthan, Haryana and NCR since 1996, is looking for an accountant to own its day to day accounts and grow with the company.

- Maintain daily accounts: sales, purchase, receipts, payments and journal entries in the company billing system (SlickBill)
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B; handle e-way bills
- Handle TDS deduction, payment and quarterly returns
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and vendor and customer account reconciliation
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare sales invoices and purchase entries with proper documentation
- Manage petty cash, expense tracking and monthly closing
- Coordinate with the company auditor for audits and income tax filings
- Support management with cash flow tracking and basic MIS reports

Preferred candidate profile:

- B.Com or higher in commerce; M.Com or MBA Finance an advantage




- 2 to 5 years of hands on accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting, GST and TDS, with the ability to work in billing and accounting software
- Comfortable learning our billing system, SleekBill; prior experience with SleekBill, Swipe, Vyapar, Zoho Books, Busy or Tally is welcome
- Good command of MS Excel
- Accurate, organised and able to own the books independently
- Honest and reliable with financial data
- Based in or near Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Dharuhera, Alwar or nearby NCR
