Role & responsibilities

- Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Preparation financial statements and consolidate of Unit accounts under Ind AS for accurate, timely reporting.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with statutory auditors, provide financial data, and support audit completion.
- Board Presentation & Data Compilation: Assist in prepare Board presentations and compile financial data for management reviews and quarterly results.
- Borrowings Accounting: Prepare borrowing workings, accounting entries, and schedules required under Ind AS and refinance setups.
- Taxation Compliances: Manage statutory tax compliances and ensure timely submission of tax data and regulatory returns.
- Fixed Asset Accounting: Maintain (Head office )fixed asset records, process asset transactions, calculate depreciation, and handle periodic reconciliations.
- Lease Accounting: Prepare lease workings and ensure all accounting processes comply fully with Ind AS requirements.
- XBRL Filing: Compile and validate all necessary financial data required for accurate XBRL filings.
- DPT-3 Return:



Track outstanding loans, compile non-deposit credit disclosures, and file annual DPT-3 returns with the MCA.
- MIS Reporting: Generate structured Management Information System (MIS) reports to support strategic leadership decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. The incumbent should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, internal controls, and audit processes. The role requires the ability to analyze financial data, ensure compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards, support business decision-making through financial insights, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions. Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and ERP proficiency are essential for this position.
