Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer - Consultant to contribute to the design and development of web applications across frontend and backend layers. The ideal candidate will work as an individual contributor within an Agile team, take ownership of assigned features, develop maintainable code, and collaborate effectively with technical leads, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop frontend UI components and backend services based on technical and functional requirements.
- Write clean, productive, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop unit tests and resolve defects within defined timelines.
- Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Proactively identify and communicate blockers impacting delivery timelines.
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
- Continuously enhance technical skills and stay current with relevant technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4-10 years of experience in Full Stack, Frontend, or Backend Software Development.
- Proficiency in React.js and/or Angular,



with strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java Spring Boot, Python, or Golang.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with basic exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate development, code reviews, and test generation.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or JUnit.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
- Exposure to Docker and containerized development environments.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Cloud certifications or foundational cloud training (AWS/Azure Fundamentals) are an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
