Job Description

Experis IT, a ManpowerGroup company and global leader in workforce solutions, is looking for agile and result-oriented US/Canada IT Recruiters to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment for the US and/or Canadian market with excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US and Canadian IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation, notice period, and employment terms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/VMS.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and SLAs.




- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- 15 years of experience in US and/or Canada IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, SAP, Salesforce, QA, and Infrastructure.
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, or VMS requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience with ATS/VMS tools is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
