Responsible for handling day-to-day operations of Up-to-date Trade, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory coordination, and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage POs, appointments, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
- Verify debit/credit notes and coordinate with Finance.
- Handle RTV process and returns.
- Coordinate with factory, distributors, platforms, and transporters.
- Upload invoices on portals and maintain PO sales trackers.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports. Support KAMs in listings and backend operations.
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BMS / BA / B.Sc).
- Preferred: Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations background.
- Excel or Inventory Management certification is an advantage
Skills :
- Excel reporting tools knowledge.
- Good communication (Hindi English; Marathi preferred).
- Strong coordination, planning, and time management.
- Understanding of inventory and supply chain operations. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
