We are looking for agile and result-driven individuals to join our Home Loan team as Counsellors. The role involves customer interaction, loan advisory, and end-to-end support in the home loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Sourcing
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels ( referrals, databases, etc.)
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers

- Sales & Consulting

- Understand customer requirements and guide them in selecting suitable home loan products




- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and repayment options

- Documentation & Processing

- Assist customers in completing application forms
- Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing

- Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide excellent post-sales service and resolve queries

- Target Achievement

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Maintain conversion ratios and productivity standards

- Market Awareness

- Stay updated with loan products, interest rates, and competitor offerings
- Identify local market opportunities to maximize sales.
