- 3 7 years of experience in L2/L3 Application Support or Production Support
- Solid experience with Java-based applications
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services
- Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL preferred
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and quickly learn business domains
- Comfortable interacting with onsite teams and business stakeholders
- Explorative and analytical mindset
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from the office
- Flexible to work in 1st or 2nd shift (2nd shift starts from 2:00 PM)
- Available for support during critical P1/P2 incidents, including weekends if required
