Title : Project Manager(Mainly for VMM machines)

In this position, you will act as an experienced, competent contact person for Application Portfolio Management for our customers in an agile software/hardware development environment.

Position Requirements

- Should have minimum 12-25 years of experience in Metrology applications especially on CMM/VMM other metrology Devices.
- Must have project management experience or PMP certification.
- Profound knowledge on CMM/VMM programming and particularly programming for High Precision and High-Volume components
- Understanding of gauging and machine manufacturing.
- Understanding of statistical principles Gauge RR requirements.
- Experience with Windows networking
- Experience with database applications
- Profound GD T Knowledge. Ability to learn, demonstrate, convince, and teach others.
- Good communication skills and technical understanding of the metrology devices/products, as well as excellent presentation and moderation skills
- Willing to travel extensively across India
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanics / Electronics / Mechatronics. Any additional degree to Project Management/ Management is desirable.
- Strong team player skills, assertiveness, decisive, skillful in dealing with customer expectations, solution-oriented working style to deliver expected results.

Job Description

- Responsible for supporting administering all modules of CMM/VMS/Metrology devices Application
- He/ She will require significant skills in Hardware as well as Software management programming of CMM/VMS/metrology devices and also the ability to work as part of a team.




- Machine Accuracy Prove-out, Machine Validation, Co-relation of results, GRR processes.
- Liaising with other CMM/VMS/Metrology device Administrators, database administrator, client teams C Liaising with other Metrology Devices database administrator, client teams and application vendor to develop appropriate solutions or required customization to meet client s requirements.
- Promotes quality achievement, process improvement, and the quality mindset throughout the organization
- Architecture documentation and instruction.
- Monitor the performance of each system for accuracy/repeatability issues.
- Manage programming and turnkey projects with little to no guidance.
- Database setup
- Software installation
- Setting up interfaces with gauges and other data sources
- Configuring the user interface screens and option settings
- Supporting customer ramp-up on- and off-site
- Mentor less experienced application engineers
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions,
- Tie workflow to schedule, Produce timely and detailed service reports,
- Participate in technical discussions with customer,
- Willingness to learn recent technology quickly,
- Work independently, work closely with technical team, share information across the organization, Escalation of technical issues over Email/ phone.
- Travel extensively.
- Ability to work in flexible hours.
