Role Overview :- The Online Brand Manager will establish, grow, and protect the digital footprint of our premium Home Care and DIY product lines. This is a mid-level, on-site role based at our headquarters. You will bridge the gap between our physical manufacturing operations and our digital consumers. Your primary goal is to shift the consumer mindset from seeing our products as simple household commodities to viewing them as premium lifestyle necessities. You will execute this through data-driven digital campaigns, aesthetic visual storytelling, and active community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Content & Asset Management

- Aesthetic Direction: Produce and oversee high-end digital media assets (sharp photography, satisfying "before-and-after" video clips) to validate premium pricing.
- Educational Library: Script, build, and distribute "How-To" guides, video tutorials, and step-by-step DIY project breakdowns showing maximum product effectiveness.
- Channel Ownership: Manage day-to-day performance and messaging across our e-commerce site, social channels, and email marketing.

2. Cross-Functional On-Site Collaboration

- Factory-to-Consumer Sync: Work physically alongside product development, chemical engineering, and manufacturing teams to turn technical product specs into transparent online marketing copy. [1]
- Inventory Alignment: Partner with supply chain managers to align digital ad spend and promotional pushes with current factory production runs and stock levels.
- Package Integration: Coordinate with packaging designers to ensure physical labels match digital branding, including QR codes linking to online video guides.

3. Growth & Community Engagement

- Influencer Outreach: Recruit and manage home improvement creators,



cleaning influencers, and DIY bloggers for authentic product demonstrations.
- Community Building: Lead customer engagement across digital platforms, encouraging user-generated content and answering consumer questions about application methods.
- Omnichannel Maintenance: Ensure a cohesive brand voice across direct-to-consumer (D2C) web stores and multi-brand retailer platforms.

4.Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience

- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing or brand management experience.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in FMCG, consumer packaged goods (CPG), home improvement, or luxury consumer goods is highly valued.

5.Hard Skills & Tool Profile

- E-Commerce Platforms: Proficient with Shopify, Woo Commerce, or Amazon Brand Registry.
- Analytics Tools: Robust data capabilities using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Trends to track ROI.
- Content Basics: Functional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canvas, or basic video editing apps for quick social content adjustments.

6.Soft Skills & Physical Requirements

- Communication: Exceptional written skills to draft instructional copy and creative briefs.
- Physical Presence: This is a 100% on-site role. Candidate must work daily at our main facility to collaborate with production teams and access products for live testing/content creation.
