About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Manual Tester with strong analytical and testing skills to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications, preferably within the e-commerce domain. Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities• Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for web and mobile platforms.• Validate end-to-end workflows• Identify, log, and track software defects using standard bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.• Ensure testing is aligned with business goals, timelines, and release cycles.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation,



and best practices.• Support automation team by identifying test cases suitable for automation and assist in test script validation if needed. Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web/mobile applications.• Robust understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.• Understanding of e-commerce application testing would be nice• Familiarity with SQL for backend validation and data testing.• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills. Good to Have• Working knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.• Basic scripting knowledge in Python/Java/JavaScript for automation support.• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.• Exposure to performance or security testing
