ANAROCK is one of India's leading independent real estate services firms. Our Commercial & Retail division in Gurugram is building a research-led advisory and transactions business for commercial real estate shops, SCOs (shop-cum-offices), office spaces, food courts and mixed-use projects. We work with leading developers as their exclusive sales partner, advise individual investors on commercial property purchases, and back everything with our own in-house research covering 480+ commercial projects across Gurugram. It is a young, fast-growing team with senior leadership attention and genuine room to grow with the business.

The role in one line

You are the person who understands every commercial project in our markets better than anyone else in the room — and turns that understanding into strategy the business acts on.

What you will do

- Own our commercial project research for Gurugram (and new markets as we expand): a detailed, continuously updated database of projects — pricing, rentals, supply, project specifications, construction status, developer track record.
- Assess projects the way only an architect-planner can: site and location quality, design efficiency, floor plates and layouts, frontage, parking, catchment strength, competition — and put a clear point of view on paper.




- Prepare project strategy briefs for the projects we sell: who the right buyer is, how the project should be positioned, what the pricing logic should be, what the demand-supply picture says.
- Write micromarket research notes — corridor trends, infrastructure impact (new roads, metro lines, master-plan changes), demand-supply and pricing movements — used in management reviews and client presentations.
- Work closely with ANAROCK's national research team, representing our division's research needs.
- Act as the real-estate specialist behind our investor advisory team: asset-quality opinions, rental and yield views, fair-value assessments that our advisors use with HNI clients.

What we are looking for

- An architect/planner who chose the business side — you enjoy market analysis more than drawings, but you read buildings and city plans in a way pure MBAs cannot.
- Comfortable with FAR/FSI, efficiency ratios, catchment analysis, and comparing a marketing brochure against a sanctioned plan.
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint; clear, concise business writing; able to defend a written recommendation in front of senior leadership.
- Based in NCR with genuine on-ground Gurugram knowledge — sectors, corridors, what is actually being built where.
