Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide application support to Finacle Core Banking applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to Linux servers and Oracle SQL databases.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in IT Operations or Application Support role.
- Strong understanding of Finacle Core Banking applications and their integration with other systems.
- Proficiency in managing 24x7 production environments on Linux platforms using Oracle SQL databases.




- Strong knowledge in linux/Solaris (EOD jobs shell triggered)
- Oracle SQL- (store procedures pkgs,triggers, and performance finetuning)
- Finacle EOD/BOD (Batch operations, job monitoring/scheduling & Exception monitoring)
- Good knowledge in ETL/CRON jobs
- - CBS domain knowledge specially (GL interest accrual, charges collection batch, ETC)
- Good to have shell scripting knowledge in banking domain applications
- Robust knowledge in date rollover issues and query level debugging in oracle specially for long running queries, index issues, table locks
- Extent knowledge of API’s integration and flow
