Job Description

The Estimating Team is responsible for assisting our partner, in USA, with several aspects related to purchasing. The estimating team overseas measuring and uploading data of key categories to Software.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate and detailed quantity estimates of entire plan.
- Estimates include flooring, countertops, wall tile, cabinets, bath glass, lighting, hardware, doors, trim, and plumbing fixtures in multiple cities at same time.
- Pricing request preparations and price data management
- Driven to meet deadlines and achieve expectations.

Skill Requirements

- Diploma/ Bachelors degree in civil engineering
- Robust command of verbal and written English language
- Expertise in reading all residential drawings, such as architectural and electrical drawings.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel.
- Understand the project and its requirements.
- Highly organized to manage more than one task simultaneously.
- Team player - Jumps in to help anywhere needed to help the team reach business goals; understands their role in the big picture of the business process.

Software Knowledge

- AutoCAD, Revit, and MS excel
- *English communication is must.
