Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and compositing for eLearning and digital content.
- Develop engaging character animations with a strong understanding of movement, timing, and expressions.
- Interpret storyboards and convert them into visually compelling animated videos.
- Design, animate, and composite scenes while maintaining consistency in style and quality.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, scriptwriters, graphic designers, and the production team to deliver projects on time.
- Enhance animations using visual effects, transitions, typography, and sound synchronization.
- Optimize animation workflows and explore AI-based tools to improve productivity and creativity.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of:
- Adobe After Effects (including third-party plugins)
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop

- Proficiency in character animation and motion graphics.
- Positive understanding of compositing techniques and animation principles.




- Ability to understand and animate directly from storyboards.
- Strong sense of design, composition, color, and typography.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools and animation workflows is preferred.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a 2D Animator, Motion Graphics Artist, or eLearning Animation Content Developer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, character animation, and compositing work is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on eLearning, educational, or corporate training content.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and animation tools.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
