Role Overview
Responsible for L2 operations and administration of enterprise storage and SAN infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability. Focus areas include storage provisioning, SAN management, troubleshooting, and optimization in large-scale datacenter environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer enterprise storage arrays (HPE 3PAR, Nimble)
- Storage provisioning, LUN creation, extension, and deletion
- Configure and manage SAN infrastructure zoning and connectivity
- Administer and troubleshoot Brocade SAN switches (CLI & GUI)
- Monitor storage system availability, performance, and health
- Troubleshooting and RCA for storage/SAN issues
- Manage multipath configurations and SAN connectivity (FC/iSCSI)
- Capacity planning and performance optimization
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for issue resolution
- Maintain documentation,

Required Skills

- 4+ years as a Storage Administrator
- Robust hands-on expertise in HPE 3PAR and Nimble storage systems
- Hands-on experience with Brocade SAN switches (Fabric Manager, CLI)
- Strong SAN fundamentals — FC, iSCSI protocols, multipathing
- Linux administration experience (required)
- LUN management, storage provisioning, capacity management

Good to Have

- Exposure to Ceph storage / block-object storage protocols
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
- ITIL certification

Qualifications

- BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MSc / MCA or equivalent
- Storage technology certification (HPE or similar) preferred
