Eligibility

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel Tourism or related field (PG Diploma / MBA preferred)
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar profile in the travel tourism industry
- Proven ability to lead, supervise and motivate a team of 5 12 members or more
- Solid knowledge of destinations, tour packages and a natural flair for selling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in regional languages is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office and general tech-savviness

Responsibilities

- Achieve sales and revenue targets across all verticals Group Tours (GIT), FIT and MICE
- Promote the Veena World brand through direct marketing and community engagement
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest experiences in line with brand standards




- Supervise day-to-day team performance and align team goals with business objectives
- Prepare and share MIS reports with accurate data, feedback, concerns and actionable insights
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings and share inputs with the product and marketing team
