Role Overview:
The Assistant Vice President - Growth will be responsible for driving strategic business expansion, revenue growth, and customer acquisition initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of market dynamics, digital channels, partnerships, and data-driven growth strategies. The AVP will lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, execute growth plans, and ensure sustainable business outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Identify recent market opportunities, customer segments, and channels for expansion.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define short-term and long-term growth priorities.
- Revenue & Business Development:
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and upsell initiatives to maximize lifetime value.
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances that accelerate business growth.
- Monitor and improve key growth metrics across products and regions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize analytics to understand user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign ROI.
- Define and track key KPIs to measure growth performance and optimize strategies.
- Cross-functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to deliver impactful growth initiatives.
- Mentor and lead a team of growth managers, analysts, and digital marketers.
- Innovation & Experimentation:
- Drive a culture of experimentation through A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and continuous optimization.
- Stay updated with market trends, digital innovations, and competitor activities.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage growth budgets efficiently, ensuring ROI-driven spending and strategic allocation.
- Oversee vendor management, contracts, and negotiations related to growth initiatives.
