Key Responsibilities:

- Designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across service management and enterprise workflow environments.
- Providing technical leadership on integrations, application development, platform architecture, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Supporting solution design, project scoping, effort estimation, and technical presales activities.
- Troubleshooting complex platform issues, conducting root cause analysis, and driving effective resolution strategies.
- Mentoring developers and implementation teams while contributing to knowledge sharing, reusable assets, documentation,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we need to see from you

- Strong experience implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, integrations, CMDB, CSDM, and Service Management processes.
- Experience working with JavaScript and modern web technologies to support customizations and platform enhancements.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices and familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Cooperative mindset with the ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and contribute positively within cross-functional teams.
