- To operate and monitor industrial oven and Autoclave used in composite and aerospace component manufacturing.
- Operate Oven and Autoclave as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Load and unloading components, tooling safely.
- Monitor temp, pressure, vacuum and cycle parameter during curing process.
- Perform leak checks, vacuum bag integrity checks, and record process parameters.
- Maintain accurate logs, cure charts, and production records.
- Ensure proper handling of prepregs, composite materials, and tooling.
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of autoclave and oven equipment.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines strictly.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma in Mechnical or related trade.
- 1-3 years of experience in composites/aerospace manufacturing (preferred).
- Knowledge of autoclave/oven operations, vacuum systems, and thermocouples.
- Ability to read technical drawings, cure cycles, and work instructions.
- Basic computer skills for data logging and reporting.
