What you can look forward to as Customer Support Engineer (OEM Support) :

Customer Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary interface for OEM customers, building robust relationships with quality, production, and procurement teams while representing ZFCVS and ensuring effective communication and escalation of concerns.

Quality Field Issue Management

- Manage customer complaints and field failures through structured root cause analysis, driving containment, corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring timely closure with customer satisfaction.

Production Supplier Coordination

- Coordinate with internal functions and suppliers to investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure effective resolution across manufacturing locations.





OEM Support Activities

- Support OEMs through regular reviews, line issue resolution, containment actions, monitoring of quality KPIs (PPM, rejections, warranty), and timely reporting.

Documentation Reporting

- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including 8D/CAPA reports, customer responses, complaint records, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.

Audit Compliance

- Support customer and plant audits, ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile as Customer Support Engineer (OEM Support) :

- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 4-10- years of experience in automotive OEM customer support, quality, or manufacturing.
- Experience in handling Tata Motors (TML) or other automotive OEM customers is preferred.
