Job Summary

We re looking for a creative and camera-savvy Reel Content Creator who can ideate, shoot, and produce high-quality short-form videos. Youll be the voice and visual storyteller behind Orgalife s Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and seasonal content series highlighting products, health tips, and real stories from the organic ecosystem.

Key Skills

- Solid video shooting and editing skills using phone or DSLR
- Experience with editing apps like CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Rush, or Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of storytelling, lighting, and framing for Instagram/YouTube formats
- Comfort in front of and behind the camera (if needed)
- Creative eye for aesthetic reels and content series
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and viral content elements

Key Responsibilities

- Script & Concept Development : Develop engaging scripts and creative concepts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and video blogs aligned with the brand s vision.
- Content Production : Film and produce short videos featuring product usage, DIY healthy recipes, lifestyle tips, and behind-the-scenes brand moments.
- Educational Collaborations : Work with nutritionists, Ayurveda experts, and organic farmers to co-create informative and trust-building content.
- Trend Integration : Stay up-to-date with Instagram and YouTube trends to craft relevant, viral, and share-worthy content ideas.
- Campaign Execution :



Plan and create themed video content series for festive seasons, awareness weeks, and product launches.
- Testimonial & Storytelling : Capture customer testimonials and community success stories in engaging, relatable formats.
- Multi-Format Creation : Create high-quality content in multiple formats including reels, carousels, stories, and vlogs to suit different platforms.
- Brand Alignment : Ensure consistent tone, brand aesthetics, and messaging across all content pieces.
- Performance Optimization : Track video performance and audience engagement using Insights/Analytics to refine content strategy and improve future output.
- Farm-to-Table Storytelling : Shoot and edit videos from farms, processing units, and community locations to bring transparency and authenticity to the brand.

Qualifications

- 1 3 years of experience in content creation or influencer marketing (wellness/organic/lifestyle sector preferred)
- Knowledge of Ayurveda, nutrition, or natural living is a big plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with outdoor shoots (farms, kitchens, shops, processing units, etc.)
