Role & responsibilities

- Assist in the collection and preparation of samples from raw materials, clinker, cement, coal, and process streams.
- Perform routine laboratory tests as per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Record, compile, and maintain test results and laboratory data accurately.
- Support senior chemists and QC engineers in analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory samples and chemicals.
- Help monitor product quality at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Participate in calibration, maintenance, and housekeeping of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Follow laboratory safety guidelines, quality procedures, and environmental standards.
- Learn and comply with ISO quality systems, testing standards, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with production and process teams for sample collection and quality monitoring.
