We are looking for a skilled Core Java Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in Java and object-oriented programming, along with experience in backend development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Core Java concepts
Analyze requirements and design technical solutions
Participate in architecture and design discussions
Optimize application performance and scalability
4. Database Interaction
Work with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Write efficient SQL queries and manage data operations
Understand JDBC and ORM frameworks (Hibernate optional)
5. API Development
Develop and consume RESTful APIs
Work with JSON/XML data formats
6. Testing & Debugging
Perform unit testing and debugging
Fix bugs and improve application performance
Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
7. Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps)
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Required Skills
Core Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8 or above)
Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
Experience with multithreading and concurrency
Backend Development
Experience in building REST APIs
Familiarity with frameworks (Spring/Spring Boot preferred but not mandatory)
Database Skills
Solid SQL knowledge
