- Deliver sessions on sales skills such as pitching, call opening-closing, and objection handling (financial & competition products), creating distribution
Digital adoption
- Introduce frontline employees to digital learning platforms and drive adoption through structured learning program
- Calendarize learning to complete SCALE learning units & certifications
Performance tracking
- Measure training effectiveness through goal-sheet achievement
- Deliver training as per need basis; e.g. gap in goal-sheet achievement
- Geography, L2, Level wise, Product wise
- Plan travel across assigned geographies to deliver training programs as per business needs
