Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical pharmacy or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
