Team Lead - Deputy Delivery Hub Manager

Responsibilities, aka, what wed like you to deliver :
Own inventory management at the delivery hub, including stock accuracy, ageing, DOH,
and overall stock health.
Drive shrinkage control by identifying loss points, implementing SOPs, audits, and
corrective actions.
Manage end-to-end store operations inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns,
and reconciliation.
Ensure strict adherence to process, safety, and compliance standards across shifts.
Define, track, and improve operational KPIs like fill rate, inventory accuracy, shrink %,
productivity, and SLA adherence.
Lead manpower planning and handling rostering, productivity tracking, performance
management, and on-ground issue resolution.
Use data to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and drive
continuous efficiency gains.
Handle escalations related to inventory mismatch, manpower shortages, or operational
disruptions.




Drive training and capability building for team members to ensure consistent execution
at scale.

Are you who we're searching for
Qualification: Graduate/12th - Experience in Ecommerce, Quick-commerce or Retail
Deep understanding of inventory metrics like Shrinkage, Cycle count and Inventory Audits
Proven experience in managing large on-ground teams
Robust stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills
Experience: 47 years in warehouse, dark store, retail, or e-commerce operations
