Role & responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure.
- Develop High-Level Design (HLD) documents and provide technical architecture recommendations.
- Lead end-to-end network implementation and deployment projects.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise Routing & Switching environments.
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise Wireless LAN (WLAN) solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC).
- Implement and manage RADIUS authentication solutions for secure network access.
- Perform network assessment, capacity planning, and optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams during solution design, implementation, migration, and support.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of network infrastructure.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, and knowledge transfer documents.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

- Routing & Switching (Cisco or equivalent)

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking.
- Proven expertise in Wireless, WLC, and RADIUS solutions.
- Solid experience in Routing & Switching technologies.
- Hands-on experience in network implementation, deployment, and migration projects.
- Experience in creating High-Level Design (HLD) and solution architecture documents.
- Ability to work independently while leading complex enterprise networking engagements.
