Sales Manager Loan Against Property (Prime Mortgage)

Summary

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager – Loan Against Property (Prime Mortgage) to drive business acquisition and manage end-to-end processing of high-value LAP cases. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Prime Mortgage/LAP segment with strong DSA relationships, expertise in handling large-ticket loans, and sound knowledge of credit, legal, and technical processes.

Note: Candidates with experience only in Affordable Housing Finance or Micro-LAP will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through DSAs, connectors, brokers, and direct sourcing.
- Develop and maintain a strong local DSA and channel partner network.
- Handle the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Disbursement teams for smooth case processing.
- Evaluate customer financials including ITRs, Balance Sheets, Bank Statements, and Profit & Loss Accounts.
- Structure suitable loan proposals and ensure adherence to internal credit guidelines.
- Coordinate legal verification, property valuation, technical checks, and documentation.




- Drive monthly disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Monitor delinquency, support collections where required, and ensure portfolio hygiene.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports, pipeline trackers, and productivity reports.

Candidate Profile

- 3–4+ years of experience in Prime Home Loans / Prime Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Experience in handling high-ticket mortgage cases (1 Crore+ preferred).
- Strong network of DSAs, builders, connectors, and channel partners.
- Good understanding of property legal verification, technical valuation, mortgage documentation, and credit underwriting.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, ITRs, audited financials, and bank statements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
