Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage digital campaigns, generate quality leads, and handle end-to-end social media marketing for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, content planning, creative direction, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

* Generate high-quality leads while improving campaign performance and ROI.

* Manage social media accounts across platforms, including content publishing and community engagement.

* Develop monthly content calendars based on client industries, business goals, and current trends.

* Provide creative direction for social media creatives, ad copies, and marketing campaigns.

* Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

* Coordinate with designers, content writers,



and internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.

* Develop digital marketing strategies tailored to different client requirements.

* Experience handling multiple client accounts, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
