Job Description

Colston is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager for our Kundli Plant Warehouse to manage and streamline end-to-end warehouse operations. The role involves inventory control, manpower management, dispatch planning, safety compliance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure efficient warehouse functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, and dispatch activities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification
- Manage warehouse manpower, supervisors, and shift operations
- Ensure timely material movement and order fulfillment
- Implement warehouse SOPs and maintain safety standards
- Coordinate with production, logistics,



and procurement teams
- Monitor warehouse efficiency and prepare MIS/operational reports
- Ensure proper space utilization and material handling practices

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (Building Material/Logistics preferred)
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in warehouse management
- Valuable knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
- Basic computer skills; ERP/WMS knowledge preferred
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
