Responsibilities
- Architect and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
- Design multi-agent workflows for complex business processes using LLMs, RPA, and orchestration tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into agentic solutions.
- Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant deployment of AI agents in production environments.
- Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to thought leadership in agentic AI.
- Proven experience in intelligent automation, RPA, and AI/ML integration.
- Robust understanding of agentic AI concepts (e.g., goal-oriented agents, memory, planning, tool use).
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript,
or other scripting languages used in automation.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Good verbal written communication skills articulate value of AI to business, project managers other team members
- Ability to break complex problem into smaller problems and create hypothesis.
- Innovation and experimentation
- Academic background - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- Experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agent frameworks
