Job Requirements

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in line haul or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in managing and motivating a team of operations staff.
