Duties:

Experience - 8+ years

Core ServiceNow Platform Skills

- ServiceNow Scripting: Proficient in Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts
- Flow Designer: Ability to build and manage lifecycle automation and Breakfix workflows
- Data Model Knowledge: Deep understanding of alm_asset, alm_hardware, cmdb_ci, and normalization tables
- UI Policies Catalog Development: Create catalog items with variables, UI scripts, and service catalog flows
- IntegrationHub / REST APIs: Experience with third-party integrations like procurement systems, SCCM, JAMF
- Discovery CMDB: Ability to map assets to CIs and leverage discovery data effectively

Specialized HAM Knowledge

- Asset Lifecycle States: Understanding of HAM stages: Ordered -> Received -> In Use -> Retired/Disposed
- HAM Pro Features: Familiarity with normalization, reclamation, asset return, and audit tracking
- Stockroom Transfer Order Logic: Configure and script stock movement and fulfillment
- Model Normalization: Using Normalization Content Service (NCS) to standardize asset data
- Breakfix Return Flows: Design and troubleshoot asset replacement workflows

Process and Reporting Skills

- KPI/Reporting: Create dashboards for asset compliance, aging, and ownership
- Compliance Audit Support: Enable lifecycle tracking for audit readiness
- Data Quality Management: Validate data sources, clean up records, and use transform maps

Collaboration Soft Skills

- Stakeholder Communication: Work with product managers, procurement, and IT teams
- Agile Delivery:



Participate in sprints, write user stories, and handle iterative delivery
- Documentation: Maintain technical docs, SOPs, and transition guides

Skills:

Required ServiceNow Certifications:

- ServiceNow CSA Certified Sys Admin (Mandatory)
- ServiceNow CAD Certified Application Developer (Mandatory)
- ServiceNow CIS (mainline certifications) 2 Mandatory, CIS - HAM preferred

Desired Skills:

- Experience with creating enterprise software in the one of the application domains in which ServiceNow competes
- Familiarity with SOA technologies including as REST, SOAP.
- Evaluation technology innovations in the marketplace and ability to incorporate into product roadmap.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo, drive change, engineer innovative solutions and deliver results
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning recent technologies quickly
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer experiences

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow CTA preffered.
