Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor s and/or Master s Degree in Applied Arts / Visual Communication / Fine Arts / Graphic Design (MFA/M.Des preferred)
- As per UGC norms for the respective designation
- Relevant teaching and/or industry experience in applied/visual arts preferred / PhD preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver studio-based and theory courses in Applied Arts and Visual Communication
- Teach core subjects such as Typography, Illustration, Advertising Design, Print Media, Branding, and Visual Storytelling
- Implement experiential, project-based, and studio-driven learning methodologies
- Mentor students under the mentor mentee framework




- Contribute to curriculum development and academic innovation aligned with industry practices
- Guide students in concept development, design processes, and creative problem-solving
- Integrate digital tools, AI in design, and emerging media practices into teaching
- Engage in research, exhibitions, publications, and interdisciplinary collaborations
- Participate in academic administration, juries, exhibitions, workshops, and institutional initiatives
- Facilitate industry interaction, live projects, and portfolio development
