- Provide in office and remote technical support for customers using Kinco PLCs, Servo Motors, HMIs, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Visit customer sites to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve automation system issues.
- Develop, modify, and support PLC programs based on customer requirements.
- Assist with machine commissioning, installation, and parameter configuration of Kinco automation products.
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and provide effective automation solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, testing, and user training to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and provide post-installation support.
- Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution and timely customer support.
