Why this role matters
Our customers reach out during moments that matter - a delayed medicine for a sick child, an urgent prescription for elderly parents, or a critical healthcare need. Every interaction is an chance to make a real difference.
What you'll do
- Own customer issues from first contact to final resolution across chat, phone, and email.
- Investigate problems thoroughly and identify the root cause - not just the visible issue.
- Collaborate directly with store teams, pharmacists, riders, tech, and leadership to resolve customer concerns.
- Surface recurring issues and help improve products, processes,
and operations.
What we're looking for
- Fluent in at least two of English, Hindi, and Kannada (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the determination to see issues through.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new tools.
- Experience handling high-pressure situations is preferred but not mandatory.

Practical details
- Based in our Domlur (Old Airport Road) office or at our stores. This is an in-office role.
- Six-day work week with rotating day and night shifts.
- Transportation provided or reimbursed for late-night shifts.
- Compensation: 4 - 6 LPA
