We are a boutique career consulting firm that helps senior and executive leaders plan and accelerate their careers. Our work combines strategy, personal branding, and market intelligence to help our clients stand out and reach the right opportunities.

We work through three specialized teams:

1. Resume & LinkedIn Team builds strong resumes and professional profiles.
2. Content & Branding Team creates engaging posts and manages personal branding for clients.
3. Career Advisory Team (This Role) connects everything together by guiding clients, coordinating between teams, and researching job opportunities.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Client Coordination:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through every step of their personal branding and job search journey.
- Resume & Branding Management:
Coordinate with resume writers, LinkedIn specialists, and other vendors to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Job Search Support:
Help clients identify and prioritize opportunities, track applications, and optimize their job search strategy.
- Project Management:
Maintain timelines, monitor progress,



and ensure smooth communication between clients and the creative/branding teams.
- Quality & Experience:
Review client deliverables for consistency, tone, and alignment with brand positioning before final delivery.
- Data & Reporting:
Track success metrics, feedback, and client satisfaction to continuously improve our process.

What Were Looking For

- 0-3 years of experience in career services, HR, recruitment, client servicing, or project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you’ll be speaking with senior professionals regularly
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfort working with writers, designers, and clients simultaneously
- A problem-solver who takes ownership and thrives in a energetic, outcome-driven setting

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- Background in personal branding, resume writing, or HR consulting
- Familiarity with LinkedIn optimization, ATS tools, or job search strategies
- Experience working with CXO or mid-senior level professionalsRole & responsibilities
