- Demonstrate solid capabilities and a proven track record in financial analysis, capital markets, and transactions lifecycle management.
- Skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:
- Interpret deal documentation (indentures, trustee reports, offering memoranda) and configure cashflow waterfalls, triggers, and reinvestment rules.
- The senior associate oversees the ingestion and validation of collateral tapes from servicers and trustees, ensuring that loan-level data is reconciled and integrated into models with precision.
- Build and maintain deal-specific models, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the model setup and to ensure that the models follow governing documents.
- Perform cashflow model stress testing to identify any future issues and to proactively make required changes.
- Assist in onboarding new transactions into portfolio systems.




- Specialization in evaluating and comparing the quality and risks associated with various securities, particularly within structured finance such as commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS.
- Working closely with primary broker dealers, investment banks, and mortgage loan originators/issuers in the fixed income industry.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Real Estate, B.COM, B.Tech, B.SC, BBA, CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) CPA, CA, CFA, CAIA, FRM, Masters in relevant field of expertise or MBA, or PGDBM in Finance from premium institutes only.
