Snuglet is building reliable, verified childcare support for modern families. We help parents book trained babysitters at home for adaptable slots, giving them trusted backup when they need it most.

We are looking for an Operations Manager Field Recruitment who can manage nanny hiring on-ground and build a strong pipeline of experienced, reliable childcare partners across Bangalore.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on operations role focused on building the supply side of Snuglet. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding nannies and babysitters through field networks, referrals, agencies, communities, and local partnerships.

The role requires someone who is comfortable being on-ground, talking to people, building trust, managing follow-ups, and owning hiring targets end-to-end.

Responsibilities

- Own nanny and babysitter hiring targets across assigned Bangalore micro-markets
- Build daily sourcing channels through field visits, referrals, local communities, agencies, domestic worker networks, guards, shops, and existing nannies
- Identify experienced childcare workers and explain the Snuglet opportunity, salary, expectations, training, and benefits
- Screen candidates for childcare experience, reliability, communication, hygiene, and comfort with young children
- Collect documents, references, and basic background details
- Coordinate interviews, trials,



training, verification, and final onboarding
- Maintain a clear recruitment pipeline with daily updates and follow-ups
- Build strong referral loops with onboarded nannies and local networks
- Work closely with the founder to improve hiring quality, training readiness, and retention
- Track hiring funnel metrics such as leads generated, interviews completed, trials done, and nannies onboarded

Requirements

- 03 years of experience in field operations, blue-collar hiring, domestic worker recruitment, staffing, or local vendor management
- Strong on-ground hustle and comfort travelling across Bangalore
- Ability to build trust with nannies, families, agencies, and local communities
- Good communication skills in Hindi/Kannada/English
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, calling, follow-ups, and basic tracking sheets
- Target-driven, persistent, organised, and street-smart
- Prior experience hiring caregivers, nannies, house-help, nurses, drivers, delivery staff, or field teams is a plus
