Lead the hospital's Business Development and Operations functions by driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, enhancing patient experience, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring achievement of organizational goals across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase patient volumes and revenue.
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
- Monitor operational KPIs, revenue, patient satisfaction, and service quality.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to improve operational efficiency and patient care.




- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, and hospital policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Business Development and Operations teams.
- Prepare business plans, budgets, MIS reports, and performance reviews for management.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices across hospital operations.
