Job Summary:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Technical Editor to review and edit scientific, technical, or medical content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. The candidate will ensure adherence to publisher guidelines and maintain high editorial standards within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit technical manuscripts for grammar, structure, and clarity.
- Ensure compliance with style guides (APA, AMA, Chicago, etc.).
- Verify technical terminology, references, tables, figures, and cross-references.
- Identify inconsistencies and raise author queries where required.
- Use MS Word (Track Changes) and PDF annotation tools.
- Coordinate with authors and production teams.
Requirements:
- Solid command of English and technical editing standards.
- Experience in academic journals publishing preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
