Job Summary

The Process Controller will be responsible for executing process audits, identifying variances and exceptions, ensuring timely audit reporting, and supporting escalation, RCA, and CAPA activities. The role focuses on strengthening internal controls, compliance, and risk management across operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute scheduled, surprise, and deep-dive process audits as per audit plan
* Ensure timely submission of clear and complete audit reports within defined SLAs
* Identify and report variances between physical and system records (inventory, pay-outs, financial entries)
* Conduct regular reconciliations such as stock vs system, cash vs deposit, and pay-out logs
* Detect quantity, value, and system anomalies and document findings with evidence (screenshots, photos, logs)
* Identify fraud and exception cases and escalate critical issues promptly
* Monitor high-risk areas including refunds, pay-outs, RTV, reverse logistics, inventory, and last-mile delivery




* Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) closure
* Maintain audit trackers and ensure all reports and data are updated by the 2nd of every month

Skills & Competencies

* Strong understanding of process controls and audit practices
* Analytical skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to identify risks, fraud, and process gaps
* Valuable documentation and reporting skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel and audit trackers
* Strong coordination and communication skills

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in Commerce / Operations or related field
Experience in process control, internal audit, compliance, or operations preferred
Exposure to retail, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is an advantage
