Executive Summary:
Our flagship is All Is Well Hospital a NABHaccredited multispecialty hospital in Burhanpur (16 acres, 360 beds) complemented by Macro Vision Academy, a premier CBSE residential school, and Chronosphere, an AI/tech incubator launched by Macro Vision Academy. Together, we seek seasoned HR to build and drive a world-class people function across healthcare and education businesses.
Role Title: Senior Manager – Human Resources (Healthcare & Education)
Location: Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh
Reporting Line: Chairman & Managing Director, while working closely with the Chief of Staff and the Medical, Education & Technology Leadership Team.
Experience: 5–10 years of progressive HR experience. Experience across both healthcare and education sectors is preferred, with healthcare being the primary focus.

All Is Well Hospital is part of Anand Educational, Technical & Vocational Society (est. 1998). It is a state-of-the-art multi-specialty hospital (360 beds, 100 ICU beds, 9 OTs) that opened in 2019. It sits adjacent to Macro Vision Academy (a top boarding school), reflecting our integrated campus. Chronosphere, launched in 2025 by Macro Vision Academy, is an in-house AI/EdTech venture. We are deeply committed to high-quality healthcare delivery, innovative education, and cutting-edge technology.
Role Overview:
The Senior HR Manager will be a strategic partner to our leadership team and will lead end-to-end HR for our hospitals, school, and tech initiatives. You will strengthen culture and systems so we can attract top talent (especially clinical and academic staff), develop high-performing teams, and ensure smooth HR operations and compliance. This is a high-impact role to build scalable HR processes (including HRMS/digital tools) and foster a people-centric culture that aligns with our growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (Clinical Focus): Lead full-cycle recruitment for doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, educators, and campus staff. Develop creative sourcing for hard-to-fill clinical roles. Build a strong employer brand in healthcare (and education). Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, and monitor metrics like time-to-fill, candidate quality, and offer acceptance rates.
- Performance & Talent Management: Design and drive a robust performance management system (KPIs, appraisals, OKRs). Partner with department heads (clinicians, academic leaders, etc.) to ensure goal-setting, regular feedback, and development plans. Implement succession planning and leadership development programs for our future leaders.
- Learning & Development: Identify capability gaps (clinical, academic, operational) and curate targeted training programs. Establish ongoing learning initiatives – e.g. clinical skills workshops, leadership bootcamps, faculty development, compliance training. Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation, leveraging Chronosphere for ed-tech solutions where possible.
- HR Operations & Systems: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding , promotions, exits) with clear SOPs. Ensure accurate HR records and smooth administration. Drive adoption of our HRMS and leverage digital tools (analytics, AI-enabled insights) for efficiency. Compile and present HR dashboards (attrition, turnover, training hours, headcount, etc.)
to leadership for informed decision-making.
- Compensation, Benefits & Rewards: Drive annual compensation and appraisal cycles. Work with finance/leadership to design fair, competitive pay and benefits (including allowances for hospital/education roles). Ensure timely payroll and compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, professional tax, etc.).
- Compliance & Governance: (Critical) Ensure full compliance with Indian labour laws (e.g. shop and establishment acts, ESI, PF, maternity, POSH, etc.) and healthcare regulations (NABH, Clinical Establishment Act, etc.). Coordinate labor-law audits and maintain all necessary documentation (registers, contracts, licenses). Uphold the highest standards of HR governance and ethics.
- HR Transformation: Lead HR process improvements and digitization (HRMS implementation/upgrades, onboarding portals, e-learning platforms). Support organizational change (e.g. as we expand services or open new programs), guiding managers and staff through transitions. Recommend best practices and new HR initiatives that enhance agility and employee experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR (or equivalent).
- Experience: 5–10 years in HR leadership roles. Must have: At least 5+ years in healthcare/hospital HR (large multi-specialty or chain), handling clinical hiring and compliance. Must have: Strong familiarity with Indian labour laws and hospital regulations.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition (especially clinical/technical hiring), performance management, L&D;, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms (Keka & SAP) and HR analytics tools.
- Ability to work flexibly across healthcare, education, and tech domains. Comfortable in a quick-paced, multi-vertical setup.
