Role : Record to Report Analyst

Qualification - CA Mandatory

(2-6yrs) exp

Location : Gurgaon
One of the Leading MNC

- Candidate must be CA qualified.
- Experience of about 3yrs of exp post articleship
- 3 yrs of articleship exp will be considered as 1yr
- 5yrs of exp RTR exp with CA intermediate can be considered.
- Minimum 2-7 yrs of RTR exp is must.

Job requirement : Record to report operations, reconciliation, month end closing, intercompany accounting, variance analysis.

- Communication skills has to be exceptionally good

Support Financial statement and related schedule preparation for Indian Legal entity.

- Support Indirect tax activities.

- Execute monthly accounting tasks, including revenue and expense recording, ledger management,





accruals, and journal entries, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

- Review and reconcile financial statements, focusing on consolidation, accruals, and variance analysis.

- Reconcile balance sheet and expense accounts according to BCG policies.

- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to resolve month-end system issues.

- Maintain robust internal controls and support the development of accounting procedures.

- Work independently, handle ad hoc requests, and contribute to key projects.

- Assist the team in developing and documenting accounting procedures to ensure a seamless monthly,

quarterly, and annual close process.
